Free Crochet Otter Pattern - Easy Amigurumi

Did you know that sea otters will hold each other's hand to stay close to one another while sleeping? Or that a group of sea otters resting/sleeping is called a raft! They are such fun and interesting animals!

And definitely the inspiration behind today's pattern release! Introducing, Olive the Otter!

Olive's design was actually started about a year and half ago but my first attempt really didn't resemble an otter much at all. With other time sensitive projects pressing I set her aside.

Flash forward and I decided to work on her pattern again, this time starting over and scrapping my original design notes. Her pattern works the body and head as one piece and uses only single crochet stitches!

When complete she measures approximately 7 inches tall to the tip of her tail.
