Welcome to Part 2 of our Puppy CAL! I love all of the colors I'm seeing in the group and now it's time to make the arms and legs.

We'll start with our accent color for the paws and then change to our body color for the limb portion. I find that stuffing lightly helps the arms and legs to lay in place nicely. I added a good amount of stuffing into the paws (this helps fill in the rounded shape) and then I filled the rest rather lightly.

This CAL will be split into 3 parts:

Part 1 - Friday, December 6th - Body and Head 

Part 2 - Monday, December 9th - Arms and Legs (this post here!)

Arms-

Make 2 starting with your accent color and stuffing lightly.

Round 1: Create a magic circle with 6 SC

Round 2: SC INC in each stitch around (12)

Round 3: SC in the first stitch, SC INC in the next, rep around (18)

Round 4: SC in the first 2 sts, SC INC in the next, rep around (24)

Rounds 5-7: SC around (24)

Round 8: SC in the first 2 sts, INV DEC in the next, rep around (18)

Round 9: SC in the first stitch, INV DEC in the next, rep around (12)

Change to body color

Rounds 10-23: SC around (12)

Fasten off leaving a long tail to sew onto the body.





Legs -

Make 2 starting with your accent color and stuffing lightly.

Round 1: Create a magic circle with 6 SC

Round 2: SC INC in each stitch (12)

Round 3: SC in the first stitch, SC INC in the next, rep around (18)

Round 4: SC in the first 2 sts, SC INC in the next, rep around (24)

Round 5: SC in the first 3 sts, SC INC in the next, rep around (30)

Rounds 6-8: SC around (30)

Round 9: SC in the first 3 sts, INV DEC in the next, rep around (24)

Round 10: SC in the first 2 sts, INV DEC in the next, rep around (18)

Change to body color

Rounds 11-21: SC around (18)

Fasten off and leave a long tail to sew onto the body.
